Return & Refund Policy (Non‑Defective Items)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a defect, you may return the items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sterile packaging.
- You must contact us at support@tattooware.com with your order ID and reason for return within the 7‑day window.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the carrier’s charges.
- An order processing fee of 15% of the total order value (minimum $15) will be deducted to cover handling and restocking. For example, if your order total is less than $15, the processing fee will be $15.
We will process your refund within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and we cannot guarantee the exact date the funds will appear in your account.
Return for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive broken, expired, defective, or incorrect items, we apologise for the inconvenience and will cover all return shipping costs. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos showing the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees you paid for the original order.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply after you receive the goods.
