Founded in 2010, Tattoo Ware began with a simple but ambitious goal: to bridge the gap between aesthetic tools and true medical-grade manufacturing. We observed that while the aesthetic industry was growing, the standards for needles and cartridges often lagged behind surgical requirements.
Today, we are proud to own and operate our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, giving us complete control over every step of the production process—from raw material sourcing to final sterilization.
For years, our team managed the global supply chain for Class IIa medical devices—syringes, surgical scalpels, and precision injection systems destined for operating rooms across Europe and North America. We lived and breathed ISO 13485, watched every batch pass through 100,000-class purification, and understood that in medical manufacturing, "consistency" is not a goal; it is a non-negotiable imperative.
Then we looked at the tattoo and permanent makeup industry. We saw incredible artistry—but we also saw a gap.
