Warranty & Returns

At tattooware.com, we stand behind every needle we manufacture. Our commitment to quality is not just a promise – it is built into every step of our production process, from raw material selection to final sterilization. We believe that true professionalism begins with absolute reliability, and our warranty policy reflects that belief.

Our Quality Assurance Promise

All our tattoo and permanent makeup needles are produced in ISO 13485‑certified cleanroom facilities (Class 100,000), following the same rigorous protocols used for surgical medical devices. Each batch undergoes multiple quality checks during production, including:

  • Dimensional accuracy
  • Needle sharpness and consistency
  • Sterilization efficacy (validated EO or gamma sterilization)
  • Packaging integrity

We are confident that our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defect or quality issue, we are here to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you discover a defect (such as blunt points, bent shafts, broken seals, or contamination) within 6 months from the date of purchase, we will replace the affected items at no charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • What is NOT covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Needles that have been opened, used, or removed from their sterile packaging are not eligible for warranty claims for hygiene reasons.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid order ID or invoice is required for all warranty claims.

Our Traceability System – A Medical‑Grade Standard

One of our strongest commitments to quality is our full batch traceability system. For every production batch of tattoo needles, we maintain a dedicated archive that includes:

  • Raw material certificates – steel composition and source traceability.
  • Production records – machine settings, operators, and inspection logs.
  • Sterilization cycle records – time, temperature, and gas concentration data.
  • Retained samples – we preserve physical samples from each batch for the entire shelf life plus an additional 6 months (i.e., the full expiry period plus half a year). These retained samples are stored in controlled conditions and can be pulled for re‑testing or verification if any quality concern arises.

This traceability system is a cornerstone of our medical‑grade approach. It ensures that we can always trace a product back to its origin, investigate any issue thoroughly, and take corrective actions swiftly. This level of accountability is rarely offered in the tattoo supply industry, but we believe it is essential for the safety and trust of our partners.

Return & Refund Policy (Non‑Defective Items)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a defect, you may return the items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sterile packaging.
  • You must contact us at info@tattooware.com with your order ID and reason for return within the 14‑day window.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the carrier’s charges.
  • An order processing fee of 15% of the total order value (minimum $15) will be deducted to cover handling and restocking. For example, if your order total is less than $15, the processing fee will be $15.

We will process your refund within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and we cannot guarantee the exact date the funds will appear in your account.

Return for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive broken, expired, defective, or incorrect items, we apologise for the inconvenience and will cover all return shipping costs. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos showing the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees you paid for the original order.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply after you receive the goods.
