Private label box changes require no tooling fees. Custom dialysis paper or needle configurations may require a one‑time mold fee, quoted per project.
How long does the customization process take?
Box change: 4–6 weeks. Box + paper: 6–8 weeks. Custom specifications or OEM: 8–20 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide prototypes/samples for your approval before mass production. Sample fees may apply and are credited toward your bulk order.
Who owns the molds and tooling?
